Re: Virtsticks (tm)
i replaced all the switches in mine before i hit raiden. it took all of 10 minutes and i didnt need to take the stick off the panel. nothing wrong with the switches, but i knew it was going to take a hammering. nobody who has came to mine and used a virtstick has had anything but praise for these. in my case, its been the longest i have had a stick in a candy cab without me killing it. its defo a great shooter stick and can hold up to some severe use.
cheers.

Re: Virtsticks (tm)
It might be the plate I got but it doesn't fit my E3 single control panel for just a couple of .mm I'll have to find something to scratch one side of the plate (2 holes) to me it fit. Any suggestions? Can't wait to try it out. Hope my work load slows down a bit

Re: Virtsticks (tm)
Your best bet is to get a needle file and file it away until it fits.
If you'd told me what joystick used to be on there I could have made a suitable plate. I make seimitsu RE as standard.

Re: Virtsticks (tm)
My bad
By reading Emphatic's info I made the assumption that I could fit the plate sent by you. After all the E2 and E3 panels follow the same size, right? No big deal really.

Virtvic, I'm very interested in buying one of these sticks from you after seeing them on emphatic's site. Please post up, pm, or email be if there's any way for me to pick one up.

Re: Virtsticks (tm)
I am in the early stages of making another batch of Virtsticks at the moment.
I don't know how long they will be, as I sneak a few bits at work when no one is looking
I will post them on here when they are eventually done, but might be a while yet, as I will be having a few work changes in the new year.
Take care of that 'stickboner'

Good to know. If there's anything I can do to help, dont be afraid to let me know. I'll turn on email notices for PMs if I can, so if you can send a PM or email whenever you might have one available, I should get it quickly. Thanks virtvic!

the JLF optical, 'Spark', has been done for a few months now.
And, just testing a theory I have, if you dont know about the electronic stuff I do, have you seen a cool fighting game compilation disc on the Dreamcast? TDC Final v2? That was me. All of the rest is mostly console arcade stick electronics.
