Can't say I'm mortified.

There's a guaranteed Nintendo line up of Mario, Pikmin, Zelda and more Mario etc. The popularity of the console (and Fifa 14) doesn't change that. The gamecube was unpopular and I ignored almost all 3rd party releases on that, but the few highs still made the system enjoyable imo. Nintendo also revived the DS and 3DS from slow starts with persevering support.

That's very true, And I think that's why it's struggling. It's just been announced too that the frostbite engine won't work on the Wii u :palm:

"Wii U EA Games: No Frostbite, No Bioware, No Battlefield; Did EA Stop Nintendo Development Because Of Poor Sales Or Because Nintendo Refused Origin?"

Seventy-five of the most soulless games ever released:

http://www.ea.com/uk/wii"

Still, there's no denying that the many games in The Sims, NFS, Rockband, Family Gay Night and Sports Personality Sports Game n series helped the Wii sell. I even bought a Tiger Woods game.

But anyway, . Nintendo are stubborn enough to sink with the ship. One day when they're just making games for IDChappy and me, it'll be quite romantic. :whoopsie:

I still don't like the fact that you can't turn the screen off on the controller :problem:

Me either, it's a huge waste of battery life on games that don't actually use it for anything.

I witnessed the launch of Fifa 13 at a nearby TRU store. It was nuts. Up until this day, I thought that no one gave a **** about those games and that they were only made to fill the bargain bins. Never thought that I would get to see people fighting over the last few copies of any EA game but it actually happened that day.
Also, this was at 10 in the morning, when everyone should have been in school or at work.
Wanted: SNK Candy 18 spares. Mainly looking for a marquee holder & the "video games" sign.

Crazy. I can believe it though as I do know a few people to who video games are EA sports. They're usually very fashion conscious, which helps the games become worthless within a couple of weeks.
