Classic Barnett. I can't find any way using the NGCD core but I THINK you can do this:

• Convert to AVI with one of many software choices.

• Convert to STR (The PlayStation's video format) with this method:

Alternatively there's a very old tool called AVI2STR. There might be issues on a modern PC but there is a recent guide here (you may find better instructions):
