Looks like some deputy service based on the amount of feedback.
What's really interesting is the account that originally had the highest bid when the auction ended only had 2 feedback. Now that account is mysteriously gone from the bid history, and the proxy bid that was originally 2nd place ended up winning.
I'm sure there's nothing dodgy going on there.
