I remember seeing that game in an Arcadia mag and wondering what it was. Cab is neat! Would be interesting to know if it's wired for JVS and what the monitor inside is. Some different livery on it and it could look awesome.

Apparently they used 31hz only monitors, according to someone who used to run an arcade, and they were a real pain, and got dumped pretty quickly.

What I figured is they are Mahjong Fight Club dedicated cabs. From early 2000 onwards.
