Awesome!!!!

I’m going to get the collectors edition MVS set over the standard set just for the OST CD.

This soundtrack is bloody brilliant. What do you play it on?

Edit: I was thinking more along the lines of amp and speakers, than turntable… basically, show me what you’re working with :fastlove:

Yes, this OST is amazing. I haven't been so captivated by an OST on NeoGeo since Shock Troopers.

I love the track "Give a little more", it's brillant and remind me Clearly the end 80s / beginning 90s.

About my setup, i'm not a purist. I have a JBL spinner with amp inside + bluetooth. Speaker is from Marshall (standmore 3).

That Final Vendetta cover artwork really is something. Everything about that game just exudes class and polish, Indie devs take note!

I had both for a while, but Tidal works with Roon so that’s what I kept. I did find both had quite a bit missing compared to Spotify though.

Tidal here. Bigger library than Qobuz and it has Tidal Connect, even if fewer devices support it than Spotify Connect. I had Qobuz Sublime for a year to take advantage of the discount on downloads.

Wowzers! Didn't you have big ATCs before? Quite a difference, I imagine.

That Quad setup is a work project, no plans to replace my ATC’s also these electro stats need lots of room. Which I don’t have!

Audioquest's product line is nuts, as are the names. Although to be fair there's something for every budget. I bought a bunch of their HDMI cables, not because I think they make one jot of difference to picture quality, but because they're well made and the right colour.

I like the term “audio jewellery” people like things to look nice and are happy to pay for it.

So, again it shows what a giant noob I am.

2 things learned today.

Placing the speaker well infront of the rack (as suggested -> Sound Stage) looks cool, but is a pretty bad idea when your speakers need to be close to the wall for a proper Bass. (Hello bass pit)

Using a streamer via expensive rca or xlr is a pretty bad idea when the DAC in the amp sounds a 1000 times richer with a 3€ coax cable.

If you have any obvious tips, let me know, it is probably news to me :lolno:

My setup consists of an old Samsung A20e into a pair of Presonus Eris 4.5 via a pair of £1 aliexpress cables (3.5mm right angle cable into a 3.5mm socket to phono plugs cable).

I use it for music podcasts with AntennaPod, and MP3/FLAC stored locally on an SD card with Foobar2000. It struggles with high resolution FLAC though, need to upgrade the phone.

Total cost about £80. Sounds bloody fantastic.

I'll be using my Quad 909 till until it or I die.

Still happy with my B&W 602 S2's prob the best freebie I've every received.

I've owned some Audioquest leads in the past & the box presentation & build of the leads is excellent but its all marketing bollox.

Wow, that's unbelieveable :-o

I had a pair of Celestion Ditton 33s for years and thought they were big

Had to get rid of all my larger hifi stuff a few years back and am now running a Marantz M-CR612 going to a pair of Monitor Audio Silvers. Was a bit skeptical but it sounds a lot better than it has any right to be. Really fills the space and takes up barely room at all.

Cables? Van Damme Star Quad are the best, that’s what everything you listen to gets recorded on, it’s as good as it gets and about £1 a meter.
