Once you get your error 01, hit the test button and see if the cart comes up correctly, do a rom test etc. Error 01 is often a bios issue, but if you have a Japanese bios afaik everything should boot... buffers on the cart could be gone?

Thanks Buddy, Ya I reckon I need Japanese Bios, thats all the issue is, SF Zero 3 Upper is Japanese only release,
Might get a Japanese Bios for my Spare Naomi 1 Mobo. SF Zero 3 worth it is another question? I think prob is tbh.

Instead I could also just download SF3 3rd Strilke for the 360 and use that and SFIV:AE for my SF fix.
Also have MvC2 and Capcom vs SNK 2001...

Also in more good new my GunSENSE LED arrived in post today, will get Con Mission cab up and running when I get home tonight

Updates for first 2 weeks of July:
Not a lot done last 2 weeks bar sorted out netDimm and actually playing some games
Naomi Cabs –
VTennis2, Gun Spike, Beach Spikers, Virtua NBA all good fun,
But most of my time was spent on Virtua Striker 3, Great Game, and feels modern compared to MAME Cab I have.
Jamma Cab -
Got a Negaton, so finally cab hook up RASTAN PCB

Confidential Mission Cab
Thanks to good friend, he sent me on Spare LED, as one of my 10 LED was broken and couldn’t use the cab.

CM is actually a great game, really enjoyed it, just wish it was a bit longer.
Voice Acting is so cheesy, makes it fun, plus loads people been over to house and everyone loves it, from 3 year olds to 60 yrs olds,
its universal fun. I love that when people come over and get a buzz out of Cabs even though they mightn’t have seen a cab in 20 years.

Next id going to fire up following on DIMM and test them all out -
Confidential Mission
Lupin 3
Maze of Kings
Death Crimson DX

ToDo:
- Cant open back Door, no key, need try break into this and clean inside
- Respray CP
- Move cab upstairs CHIHIRO
- Buy CHIHIRO MB and try get VCop 3, HoD3 and such working.

Any other recommendations from people on Gun Cab?
Its 15K Monitor so might get Jamma wired into it too as have full spare CP for it. And DUAL cab.
Also keep the base or Mod it into main cab to safe space or not?

UPDATE for AUG 2012
Not huge amount of updates, only so much you can do without getting worn out by it all
Still next on list is get Marque Holder, Chop the legs and respray.
But at least it finally Naomi is finally has Monitor installed, And for first time in 3 months I again have access to back door.
Lately not a lot of funds but here so bits picked up to put it all together.

- KÍNIG VGA SWITCH, Mini VGA Adapter M to M, VGA Cable 0.5m

CPS2 Hackpad and rest from the genius that is Franco
- Xbox 360 Hack Pad with Naomi Plugs for easy Plug and Play
- Also did a Naomi JVS/JAMMA Volt Meters
- Did a killer Sun ATX switch Naomi Motherboard ON\OFF Switch for me. (So if 360 is on, no need boot Naomi MB.

Monitor 31k -> VGA Spilter in Naomi Base
-> VGA Splitter -> Xbox 360 VGA HD
-> VGA Splitter -> Naomi 2 Motherboard (Few games and NetDimm)
Naomi Audio AMP -> Audio Splitter
-> Audio Splitter -> Xbox 360 VGA HD Phono
-> Audio Splitter -> Naomi 2 Motherboard Phono



And here it is finally installed. Monitor is a heavy thing but 2 of us but it in fairly easy.
Not bad so far seeing as though had no PSU\Monitor and crap CP to begin with.

Okey I know, I know ... its been an age!!!

I dont have Paulies Skills to actually complete Naomi Restores and do awesome threads on Otaku
But anyways 18 months on Restores continue

Im finally not broke and over the last 5 weeks I finally started working on My Naomi's again.
So here my build LOGS for last few weeks and hopefully few more to come over next few weeks.

Sick of Woodies taking up Ground floor, along with 2 Naomi's, (1 Gun Cab with Pedestal upstairs for last year or so)
So instead of waiting for Games Shed, decided lets build gamesroom upstairs and sell some of the Woodies.
Plan was to Move 2 Naomis upstairs, and reconnect the Gun Cab. Added 3rd Naomi a week Later.
Plan more or less gone to plan...

1st March 2014
Found a 3rd Naomi'd in Kinsale, only 20 minutes from my home in Cork.
This is rare as hardly any cabs in Ireland, this Naomi came to previous owner from Gremlin Solutions few years back.

Another mad trip, brought home whole cab in back of a Focus ST
Moved 3 Noami Cabs upstairs - Took 10 hours!!!
3rd Noami Cab was in great nic bar crack marquee and yellow on main monitor surround.
Noami 1 + GD Rom
Guilty Gear and Sports Jam

Downstairs before the move was a mess:


Managed to take apart the Naomis and lift them up lift of stairs.
And Yes a Naomi can fit in a 2 Door Ford Focus
I had to drive for 30 minutes with only access to 1st,3rd and 5th Gear. No Handbrake or Reverse HAHA
But I did get it home with CP, Moniitor + Front & Rear Cover and Cab itself all over the place

Hy, i have a CMF too, but with bad Panel Artwork.
As i notice you dont have the "Instruction Sticker" Artwork above the Panel.
Maybe we can Exchange scans of the Artworks.
So you can scan in HighRes the Panel, or my missing part and i can Scan the Stripe above the Panel with the CMF Logo and the Confidential Mission Text.
