I like very much SSF2X/HSF2 but, Hyper Fighting stays my favourite.It keep the original SF2 athmosphere with same graphics, Sound FX and music minus the glitches and plus some feature of SSF2.(jump hurricane, chunli fireball, etc.).It is very well balanced too and the speed increase just right.Also,CPS1 as something magic that CPS2 doesn t have. (sound is more aggressive, a punch is a punch )

Anyway, SSF2X price here in japan, goes between 30 and 60 USD (last week seen one gone for 6750Y with the motherboard)

i have never seen a ssf2x bootleg due to it having a sub-board / plus a extra PAL to handle the extra address.

CPS2 boards are not that expansive apart form full kits

for that reason somebody could buy boards just to hack them & make money from them buying all the items need in bulk.

thats the main reason i have never put my full decrypted Versions for download or to buy because it would harder to spot a boot for a noob or somebody not in the know as us lot on here...

of course people have hacked razoolas fixes by taking the logos out of the 0.4 Rom.

the best way to spot a cps2 bootleg is to go into test mode/rom check & if it checks each rom one by one its a boot becuase the original hardware checks the Eprom as one Not individualy.

98% of cps2 games check this way some dont ie:super sf,hsf2,super x etc...

No they are diffrent but if you know how to dump a PAL/convert one to a GAL you can make them for a couple of pence each.
