Can someone tell me where the 7th button is?

Oh, and just because it has 7 (well 6 & start) but only 2 are wired in, surely it's a 2 button cab?

What's worrying me is that if the start button is indeed the 7th button, if only 2 are wired in, then assuming start is one, there is only one fire button.
