Re: Varnish connoisseurs
I have the over-ear momentums now. Got them from Germazon a few months back. Bass is a bit muddy and detail isn't the crispest but they're a comfortable and exciting listen. I'd recommend them over anything else around £150, including those KEF M500 which are a terrible design.
Enjoy your 3 moonths Sonons.

Those deals are well worth holding out for. I think they offered 6 month Spotify last time. Getting a decent sale discount on Sonos products is next to impossible. 10% at best.

I need to buy a cheap smartphone for a friend who will mainly use it for Whatsapp. Should I get a cheap Android or a cheap Windows phone? Nokia's Windows phones seem to be a bit cheaper here.

I went with the 520 as it has a better screen, and this person has hands that are always sweaty.

I like the sound of that. Every time a tempting deal comes up I've been skint but I'm pretty sure Sonos is in my future.

Re: Varnish connoisseurs
Not exactly the last word in portability but boy does it sound good. If it was picked up by the mic in the studio, these headphones will let you hear it. Insane detail.
