Re: kernow disapproves of your control panel
If you like them, try the new Qanba buttons. I bought a set and have experimented a little and they feel brilliant.
I haven’t used them properly for an extended period, so I can’t properly endorse them, but they’re certainly worth a look.

Re: kernow disapproves of your control panel
Following some inspiration from @Lovecraft0110 I decided to ditch the grey/black oem buttons/balltops in favour of some "popping" white whislt keeping the yellow start buttons.
I see original 24mm Sanwa buttons are now mega expensive

No one of the grey/black buttons clip came off whilst changing them so I would be one short.

Re: kernow disapproves of your control panel
New panel under construction...just waiting on a mounting Plate: JLF-P-1 I ordered 2 but only 1 came so arcade world are sending me out the other & it should be here for my birthday
I'm leaving on the protective film also.
I bought a black surround so the old 2L12B oem panel only needs a joystick to be complete now.

Re: Control panel gallery
I've wired my 2L16B panel for all 8 buttons both sides now from the Sega I/O 7 was easy as just needed to add the wires from the JST under the CP but 8 needed the 5v lines from the unused card reader wiring sacrificing & moving them upto SW8 on pins 47/48 along with the JST under the cp.
Handy for the EX buttons in SFV.

Re: Control panel gallery
When I picked up my New Astro cab it had a mistreated panel on it, with rust and bends, a decal that was faded and stained, and one stick mech bashed so hard it lived on a 30 degree angle. So I stripped it down, straightened and de-rusted it, added a custom decal and a full set of Seimitsu KEIKOU buttons and knobs. They're running on Sanwa JLX and JLF mechs currently, shhh...
I went with green and pink, the default Sega 1 and 2P colours. But flourescent! The pics don't pick up the fluoro effect at all, but they look amazing IRL.

And here's that panel, plus two other designs I've been working on.

Re: Control panel gallery
That's odd. I tried using several browsers, the home LAN and mobile network, and they all work fine for me. What error do you get, if any, when you try:
