Can't get fullscreen for Dodonpachi and ESP Ra.De

I have this problem with the Cave 1st gen hardware pcbs Dodonpachi and ESP Ra.De:

This black border I got only with aforementioned pcbs, with CPS2, MVS and other PCBs I can get fullscreen.

My monitor is a Hantarex Polostar Multisync. It is not possible to move the picture further down with the H-Phase pot. It is still possible to stretch the picture with the H-Amp pot, but then the top of the picture is missing.

Is there anything like an easy fix to this problem?

does the h freq pot not help,also there are 3 pots on the east/west correction board-2 of them are in the h sync circuit

No, the H-Frep does not help, what/where ist the east/west correction board?

the east/west board is a small circuit board that stands upright near the the centre of the chassis
there are 3 adjustment pots on it but i can't remember what they do

Yes, I have found them, actually there are five pots labeled RV1-5. But I won't touch them before I know what they do

Thank you very much, but I have fixed it!

I have found with google a Polostar manual and it says, that the RV1 is the pot for the 15kHz horizontal phase. I tried it and it worked!

But I have to thank you for the hint with the east/west connection board.
