As one datapoint, I paid 220$ + shipping for a Gunbird 2 this month.

I can well imagine £2.5k for it once shown working. I'd be offering myself only it looks far glossier than mine so pairing them up would be a pain.

I am exactly as cools. It wouldn't quite match mine and it would be a crime to repaint that.

I'm sure I'd pay £2000 though :awe:

Hey chaps. Looking to shift my PCB collection on and struggling to find examples on ebay or many good lists. Preferably in EUR. Will be selling hopefully locally in Ireland.

Edit: Added proposed prices. Intended to be on the low end. Still making these up on the spot..

Kept in ES bags
* Psikyo Strikers 1945 II - Original and working. Used to help with completing the MAME emulation back in 2010. With repro(?) artwork. 150 EUR
* Jaleco/Cave UO Poko - Original and Working, with original(?) sealed artwork+instructions. 87 EUR on https://videogames-price.com/ >180 GBP based on http://www.ukvac.com/forum/uo-poko_topic377888.html
* SKNS Mobo + Puzz Loop - Original and Working. 100 EUR.
* TAD Heated Barrel - Original and Working with instructions (watermarked). Audio doesn't work on Blast - as it needs -5V. 120 EUR.
* Sega Golden Axe + System 16 JAMMA adapter - Original and working. 320 EUR. 347 EUR (!?) from https://videogames-price.com/
* Taito G-NET (Playstation hardware) with modification to allow any game to be played from compact flash + a number of compatible compact flash cartridges. 300 EUR.
* Psikyo Lode Runner - The Dig Fight. Bought as broken, but the only fault is that an R/C array chip has a crack in it. If you can get it past the test mode by squeezing the package then it plays fine (that array is for test mode + 3/4P controls). If you could replace that then it would be 100%. Going to take a soldering iron to it. 100 EUR?
* Capcom CPS-2 Marvel Super Heroes (Green) + A board - Suicided. With Kick harness wired for cab. 80 EUR (will be attempting to unsuicide shortly)
* Sega Naomi 1 - Motherboard, Sega Naomi JAMMA Converter I/O 838-13683-93, and Sega Naomi JVS I/O Type 1 (837-13551-92) and PSU. Sold to me as working, but the PSU is 110V and I have only one stepdown... Hence untested. Blast is only wired partially for JVS (Model 3), hence the JAMMA I/O. With Virtua Tennis and art. 60 EUR as I can't test it.

Thanks in advance.

I've seen the Blasts that were imported last year being sold and resold for 950 GBP, but that I would hope that a nice one would fetch a bit more than that. Any idea how to price?
I was thinking maybe 1300 EUR for the cab, plus another 150 EUR for an additional NOS 1P CP, call it 1600 EUR all-in?

Pics here again: https://photos.app.goo.gl/FtRSad5QvSwLSS1X9

1x Sega Blast City
I've owned this since 2010 when I imported it to the UK from HK via Ronnie/RKLOK. It's been dismantled and cleaned inside and out. Original, no respray.
Condition is honestly great.

This is a tri-sync, so can do 15kHz (most JAMMA ~224/240 lines), 24kHZ (stuff like System24), and 31kHz (handy for Windows at 640x480, or higher interlaced).
Included PC is wired through ArcadeVGA->J-PAC->JAMMA, with proper wiring for extra buttons, and stero audio. J-PAC has small modification to allow this, to bridge H/V sync, as this wasn't supported on the model at the time without restricting to 15KHz (Andy said he might add it in future).

Cabinet:
* Decals are all original. There's a small scrape out of the right side decals. Otherwise intact.
* Flourescent tube/ballast is working fine.
* Coin mech is a 1HKD, adjusted to take 100 Yen reliably
* Coin bucket
* Original dimple security key and 4 working locks (2 on CP, PCB and coin)
* 001 JAMMA loom, Stereo inputs
* Original glass for control panel, bezel, kick guard (could use a shine), wheels etc.
* Repro manual
* Faults - the service mode button has never worked. Never tried to diagnose as it never bothered me. There's a small hairline crack under the control panel. You shouldn't lift the machines by the control panel anyway.

Screen:
* Original 29" MS-2933 15/24/31kHz auto-switching display (this is rarer than the MS-2930/2931 AFAIK).
* Zero burn, bright and beautifully crisp at 15kHz
* Fairly easy to rotate (remove bezel, 4 nuts - just eat your spinach and lay it down if doing solo)
* The downside - the gun alignment has gradually drifted the past 10 years as is common. This means the colours are visible at the corners on a test pattern. I have some magnetic strips to adjust but never got around to it. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-Hng3U41tg. It's not that noticable most of the time

Control Panels:
* Original 2P12B is in good shape, fitted with a couple of Sanwa Mesh Balls and Purple/Green pushins
* NOS unused 1B6B 'licensed' panel
* NOS lightly used Sega Mahjong panel + homemade loom for use with PC/MAME (with remapped keyboard)

PC:
Consider this a freebie.
A Core2Duo micro PC mounted to the PCB mounting board.
ArcadeVGA, JPAC. Additional AMD Radeon 4850 card.
Running Windows XP at 640x480, a frontend and a various versions of Groovymame.
It's not really up to the job now and can stutter a bit.

Extras:
* Stepdown transformer (240V->110V)
* 20x 100 Yen coins
* Original (not repro) Sega ashtray
* Original (not repro) Taito ashtray
* A few Sega 5380 locks and keys (Astro-City/NAC)
* A couple of Seimitsu sticks and looms that have seen better days
* Random button blanks, buttons, ball top and JST pins
* 2 custom 'Spectre' marquees - Street fighter IV, Ikaruga
* A couple of cutdown IKEA bar stools

That's low, especially with artwork.

(if you're selling, I'm buying. Been looking for Uo Poko for a while)

I would say that's a tad high, but S16 has been on the rise recently.

Still, not looking to make a killing. I bought most of these over a decade ago sniping on ebay.

I have a working Nanao MS2930 chassis as used in a Blast City, had a full capkit but has some green bleed, suspected transistor issue - any ideas on value in current condition and fully working please?

FYI, I wasn't ignoring this. I had been hoping to sell it locally and as a bundle, but I've sold a few pcbs and parts now. I just need to get some suitable boxes to ship before I list anything... You have first refusal.

A bit more searching, and based on having sealed arts it seems asking 180 GBP / 210 EUR is fair (based on http://www.ukvac.com/forum/uo-poko_topic377888.html). No cat paws sadly!

I'm sure it's a fair price, but I just can't allow myself to spend that much extra on artwork. I appreciate the offer though, thanks :)

Pricing Query : Arcade Monitors (4)

Post by Hitesh »

I have a few monitors to clear out and need assistance with valuations.

(1) Hantarex Polo/2 28 15/25 Auto . UK Electrics. Was working but has been in storage and not used for a few years.

(2) Hantarex Polo/2 28 15/25 Auto . UK Electrics. Was working but has been in storage and not used for a few years.

(3) Nanao. MS9-29SU. Was seen working by me when I picked it up but has never been used by me as I do not have a stepdown electric supply.

(4) Makvision. Bought from Arcadeworld. Paid around £550. Now no longer being made but old stock is being sold for $900 in USA. Hardly been used. Less than 50 hours I’d say.

I am in Eastbourne. It would have to be buyer collects. I, unfortunately, would not be able to help the buyer when they pickup due to a major health issue/operation recently.

Thanks in advance,

Hitesh

Burn/no burn status and Tube model would also be good to know.
