Re: PCB Wrapping 101
Sorry to bump an old thread but does anybody have the link to the white semi-transparent tape? The pink one linked here is too sticky and is no different from normal sellotape. Need the one that is sticky yet doesn't stick if you get what I mean

Not sure if it helps, but this is what the PCB shops over here use:

Not sure maybe it's more environmentally friendly. I've seen more environmentally friendly bubble wrap. I could be wrong and that something got lost in translation but they always cost more though.sergiopolog wrote: ↑January 12th, 2020, 9:26 pmrancor wrote: ↑January 1st, 2020, 10:56 am Not sure if it helps, but this is what the PCB shops over here use:

184 (white) and 185 (green) are exactly the same aside from color. 187 (green) is .05mm thinner.

Re: PCB Wrapping 101
Thanks guys. The thing is I always see that green tape in every pcb in ordered from Japan and never white one, so I think I will go for that (the thicker one)

Yeah I got a couple of rolls of that green tape in my last container courtesy of my supplier.
I’m going to get a few boxes of it in my next container as it’s brilliant it doesn’t leave any residue, easy to remove and even reapply.

This is the thread that has reminded me about how much I miss the arcade scene. I think I'll go order some Corstat boxes or something.Monstermug wrote: ↑December 31st, 2019, 10:36 pm Sorry to bump an old thread but does anybody have the link to the white semi-transparent tape?
