That'd be cool to see Cave make an game for the Exa-Arcadia platform.

Re: Resurrection of CAVE?!?
Ain't got no bees in that. Kuro will come, but expect a PS4 port by M2.
If it's the EXA game that's been rumored, I'd bet on a DDP Maximum port. EXA is mostly mobile/indie > arcade ports (with a 1000% markup).

Maximum? It's OK for three bucks (that's what I paid).

Re: Resurrection of CAVE?!?
This would be my bet too. However, I do have the slighest hope new games will be made by CAVE afterwards. A man can dream, can I?

But how much will it sell if it is a mobile port vs a new game?

No idea, but new CAVE IP also did badly in the arcades.

Re: Resurrection of CAVE?!?
Developing a brand new game costs a lot more money. Cave clearly haven't found it economically viable in the last 7 years, even for a console release. It makes sense to start with something that is less work and then fund something completely new with the profits. G-rev are doing the same.
Personally I'd rather have a Black Label/Exa version of SDOJ than Maximum. I think that would do well.

Maybe something with recognised IP and a PC port already. DFK Exa, Deathsmiles Exa?
