Egret 2 PSU ( original) can't adjust the voltage.

I have an original PSU fitted in one of my Egret II , I've taking some voltage readings unloaded and I can't get the 5+v lower than 5.71v , if I turn the pot the other way the voltage does go up, fully the other way won't go lower than 5.71v

I've checked the 12v and that reads 11.7v , worth getting the Caps replaced?

Measure the PSU voltages under load.

Under load they are fine, comes in at 4.8v .. Keep reading it should be 5.00 before load and it then adjust settings under load .

That's wrong. It doesn't matter what the voltage is if there's no load. Connect a board and adjust to 5V.

Ha! I had a NOS looking Capcom cute PSU. Sent it to Grant and it was leaky as ****.

Same with my Neo19 PSU. I wouldn't attempt it myself mind you
