No.

They're monochrome CRTs with a plastic filter. Some are just grey, but most of that type seem to have been green.

Well I'm officially a huge video game pleb, as I've never heard about green-lit Game Boys... I always had the idea of the standard console with its white/grey screen. But it's true it looks awesome!

Still got armfuls of Japanese carts to get through. Found a neat little rhythm puzzle game today that seems to be completely unknown. Played on a DMG it isn't great as it suffers slowdown during button presses making it far harder, but on an AGB it's perfectly smooth. Very playable once you figure out what you're doing, and well worth grabbing a copy on YAJ if you're bringing other stuff in.

cools wrote: August 30th, 2018, 12:40 pmAnd the latest Omega firmware has made my cartridge more reliable. It's still not 100%, but its at least usable now. Need to find some smaller capacity MicroSD cards, got a hunch that might help more.
I was right. Had been using a 32GB Samsung MicroSD. Found a couple of 1-2GB Sandisk and the problems seem to have gone away completely. Whether it's the brand or capacity I don't know. Last test with an AGB-101 the Samsung wouldn't even boot up, the power draw was too great.

I got a copy from a Yamatoku bundle for cheap years ago. Sold it locally for 125 Euros.
