Irem Madonna, pics of insides

Post by nem »

So I have three of these coming in that are in really poor condition with super hacky wiring. Can anyone here supply me with pics of what the insides should look like? Looking for detailed pics of the PSU block, wiring looms, connectors, from under the CP, anything!

You will help save three cabs!

Many thanks!

So actually my cabs weren't that bad wiring wise. Already sorted that. They are a bit rusty though :eh:

Anyway, none of the three cabs came with original panels. I want to make some repros for them. For this I need a picture of a genuine panel and the dimensions of it (height and width). A scan would be awesome, however, I don't think many have the means to do this. A good quality pic from the front without buttons and the ball tops will also OK. I will vector the panel and put it on the AO Wiki.

Who's up for it? :awe:

Whoever @davek is, i’d be shocked if he wasn’t on here.

Edit, here he is: https://forum.arcadeotaku.com/memberlis ... file&u=133

Astro City is only a letter away from atrocity. Makes you think doesn’t it?

Yeah, I've seen that. The pic is not super great, but will do in a pinch. If I'm going to spend my time vectoring I might as well do it from the best available material. What can I say, I'm a perfectionist. I would like to know where those lines go to under the dust covers

I made the marquee in my spare time:

The control panel surround is also done.

Will upload those to the AO Wiki at some point.
