Franco B made some a while back. They were JAMMA pass through adapters that spliced of the sound to a 3.5mm headphone jack. With headphones inserted the audio would be cut from going to the machine. With no headphones inserted audio would work as normal.

There's a french guy selling a similar JAMMA adapter on eBay if FrancoB has stopped making them.

Yep, our dear FrancoB definitely stopped making them. Imo those are great, however he made them like this as it's pretty universal. Should you be using stereo boards like CPS, Naomi, Konami whatsoever it would be better to make yourself a passthrough adapter between your stereo amp and speakers, bit neater regarding the cables as well.

i really want something plug and play
i mostly at 99% play only Cave shmup and tetris tgm
and unless i find a deep tutorial on how to mess with the cable in the cab i wont do it
so the jamma adapter looks really appealing to me but now how to find one

It was this seller https://www.ebay.com/usr/retroworldcom? ... 7675.l2559
I don't see one for sale right now, and now I'm not really sure it had the headphone plug...
