I sent one of my Windy panels off to get colour matched and repro'd earlier in the year. The result looks pretty much identical to that, square holes and all. :awe:

It could be original but it's almost NOS condition judging from the pics, the last two he sold had definite signs of wear.

The seller could have bought repro panels for his cabs and then sold the original ones. Who knows.

It's original. No-one puts that much attention to detail into reproing the plate (matt finish, earth post)
