He is asking if it's rare, not if it's Mr.Heli.

 I thought he meant it was the Euro version of Tiger Heli doh!
Had there been more question marks after Tiger Heli I would have understood the questions a bit better.

My most rare is a partial kit and the kit bits are more intriguing than the PCB. I have a US release DonPachi kit with everything, but the box. There's a kit letter with it that I have yet to see anywhere else.

Not much rarity going on in my collection but I think the game a treasure the most is Super Space Fortress Macross since it was my first ever PCB. Still on my shelf though it doesn't as much love as is deserves

I guess a toss up between a Rayforce/Layer Section and a US Blue Mega Man 2 on battery?

A matching number V-V kit in very good condition and maybe my Air Gallet board.

I have to question these low print runs of the Cave games with all the international buyers and the amount of arcades and collectors in Japan alone.
A print run in the low hundreds wouldn't have covered the costs and Cave should have pulled the plug way before SDOJ.

I've had a few quite rare pcb's over the years, but my Bubble Bobble 2 proto is gonna be tough to top.

My newest get is now the rarest I own, an En-Eins Perfekte Welt kit. Took me only 8 years to get one.
Only 100 pcbs were made.
