Chassis from yanton are pretty hit and miss. Not just condition but functionality.

They're definitely not serviced.

I bought a bunch of chassis from Yaton when they were still priced $45-75. Apart from one MS-9 they were all working and OK condition. The one that didn't work was in terrible condition and the repairs on it were super questionable:
