Finally got a chance to use a Switch Pro Controller, and I'm thoroughly unimpressed compared to JoyCon + grip. Felt too large generally, and the thumb sticks have far too wide a deadzone.

For the money I’d rather buy an additional pair of joycons too. They work well with the grip. My son wants a Xenoblade 2 Pro controller - the dpad’s been improved on that version. Apparently previous pro controller models didn’t use Nintendo’s d-pad rocker for some reason.

Now, what would be really cool is if SNK made some Famicom style "remake" of a Neo Geo game for that collection. Like Metal Slug.

...The Switch would be perfect for some NGPC stuff.

No just saw it in some videos and it looks good from the few I've seen mainly piano, It was in some stores but seems like it might not be out here yet ! So not sure ,I thought Smith's had it behind the counter but didn't ask if it was for sale yet o\

Yup, Ikaruga is coming and it will allow playing in vertical mode...I love this game, but I'm so bad at playing it. Maybe I will improve after some good hours spent on the Switch version
