Warriors of Fate cps 1.5 boot or not?

Hello,

I've been trying to get a cps 1.5 board for quite some time. I missed this auction for a seemingly legit board -https://goo.gl/aPjbvb.

I did find this though - https://goo.gl/2DLRuC. The seller says its a legit board however:

1. the price seems wayy to low
2. warriors of fate is cps1.5 so isn't the qsound board missing?
3. is this just a bootleg?
4. I know nothing technical here but the chips on the boards are in different places compared to the first auction

I'm not sure what to make of it.

Looks like a converted CPS1 board to me.

i didn't think that could be done due to the qsound board. I learned something new today. This post from final burn - https://www.fbalpha.com/view/225/ describes a very similar bootleg with Cadillacs and dinosaurs.

This seller is also selling said c&d bootleg as "Dinosaur Hunter"

yeah looks like a convert from std cps1 as yosai said ,

I have picture of a a cps1.5 without qsound that was hacked to work ,by hk bootleggers i reckon ,They basically removed the qsound board ,put in a std cps1 mb or the sound chips were added back in I cant remember exactly and it ran funny /bootleg code to bypass the any qsound issue's.

the b&c boards had most of the original mask roms etc but a few roms where replaced and there was a funny modification. under the b board also. it eventually crashed but also had a glitch on screen a few levels in.

so in other words unless it has all original parts keep away
