Tomorrow will be 6 years since I invested in Paprium  All I've seen is that trailer and a handful of screenshots, I'm quickly losing confidence I'll ever get anything for my money. Even loss confident for 'Project N' :palm:

I've been following the project for similar amount of time but never invested (Just paid for the pre-order last year).

It's scheduled for release early this year - Hopefully there will be no more push backs.

I just hope it’s good. I don’t mind waiting, but I hope the waits worth it

I missed out on the pre-order before they closed it down. I really do hope it finally gets released, and goes on sale again in due course.

But they're having a party with all the money so it's OK :awe:

I had pretty much given up on seeing my copy until recently. I'm still not overly convinced though :penser:

Is this a release party before the game is actually released? :eh: Sounds silly to me. Been reading about this and think they pretty much lost all credibility by now isn't it?

Well I'm not quite sure why they've had a launch party, more of a tech demo party I think. Maybe another 6 months to wait :(

Available to pre order atm, with the exception of the (E).

Wouldn't bother, tbh.

Oh my! This is it after all this time? Two players onscreen, No real enemies, Lot's of bugs and sprite DMA issues even without enemies onscreen? No SFX apparently. Lots of work to do! :) Looking at the older (probably pc build) screen mockups a Megadrive can never display that many sprites in a row without the DMA freaking out. Judging from the video it looks like a very rough build to me. Graphics look very nice but they already did years ago. Can imagine this is a tiny bit disappointing for all the ppl that pre-ordered the game!

That looks like it still needs a ton of work, and the copyright screen has the year 2016 on it.

I've heard rumours that the team has disbanded so not sure who is supposed to be finishing this.

That is shocking. IMO it would've been better to not release any footage at all. The time and money spent on that to give you crap second hand footage of a CRT and just two characters doing **** all. Who thought that would be a good idea to hold a cheapo disco reveal for what looks like a failed project gone scam?
