Rasperry Pi 2 on CRT?
Hi guys I've got a Raspberry Pi running Retropie set up on my flatscreen but I'd rather get it on the CRT. Got any pointers on where to buy something that'll let me connect it via SCART? Also any pointers on getting it outputting 240p or whatever I need would be helpful.

More details needed. Standard tv crt or arcade crt? If standard crt tv, what inputs are available?
If you're just looking to go hdmi out from the pi to scart in on the monitor, any reason this can't work?

I'm guessing the target display doesn't do 1080p, but there's gotta be something similar out ther that'll do lower resolutions.

Re: Rasperry Pi 2 on CRT?
Admittedly, I'm now a bit intrigued in the prospect of doing what you're proposing. Found a good info link here, with info on which files to edit to affect video ouput:
https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/three-way ... tor-or-tv/
Wondering if 240p couldn't be forced via a HDMI to VGA converter. The converter is also linked from that link.
:edit: and according to this, 240p is a supported output from the pi:

:edit edit: And, of course the retrorgb guys have already figured it all out: http://retrorgb.com/rpi240p.html

It's just a regular TV with SCART input not an arcade monitor.
Looks like I need an "input" SCART to RCA adapter with a yellow composite to the Pi?
Thanks for the settings link. I need to research this a little more as well just wondered had someone here done it already save me trawling through youtube tutorial videos.
edit: these retrorgb things look like an easy solution.

Re: Rasperry Pi 2 on CRT?
So this inspired me to try my pi as a retropi. I got it for netbooting a Naomi but thought I'd try something different on it for the time being since my Naomi doesn't currently have a cab to call home.
Let me ask you - how does yours do with the different emulators? Mines a ver1 and genesis emulation is 100%, snes is about 95%, pifba works great but with noticeable delay and screen overscan that doesn't appear to be solvable. The others I've tried run but are not what I would call playable - choppy at best - 32x, psx, mame.
