Is that what the Yaton specials were selling for?

Yeah, that's what the final batch sold for.

They're probably slightly less desirable but rarer than the full Japanese version.

I have a dead DoDonPachi DOJ & blue metal case. Confirmed dead by VectorGlow. That horrible situation where the battery was removed years ago and the board worked flawlessly, then out of the blue just boots to garbage

Any idea of value of either? I found a post from 6 years ago saying £60 for the case, but no idea if anyone would pay anything for the board?

This is the no.1 reason why I personally wont pay the crazy current prices for a Cave game, as my biggest fear is having it die on me with no way to fix it  :(

Some of my personal favourites, but haven't touched them in a while tbh. Still debating if I want to let them go, really to be played- and appreciated by someone else. What would be a fair asking price?

Espgaluda - 2003/10/15 Master Ver
PCB, Box (rough condition, I think this one belongs to Espgaluda, can anyone decipher from writing on the box?), POP, Move Strip, Instruction Sheet, Mini Marquee (decent used condition, all original)

Mushihime Sama Futari 1.5 - 2006/12/8 Master Ver 1.54
PCB Only

Deathsmiles - 2007/10/09 Master Ver
PCB, POP, Move Strip (decent used condition, all original)

At least that has a cabinet, controls and JAMMA loom.

D24 BVMs sell for $2000+ in the US.

Based on current market prices (not necessarily collector prices ;)
-Espgaluda @$600~$700
- Futari @$700~$800
-Deathsmiles @$850~950

And yes your box does say Espgaluda in katakana :)

cheers

Yep it's all gone a bit crazy. No one really give a **** about retro gear 10 years ago but now everyone has jumped on the band wagon.

This is a what's it worth now thread. $1080 is what the most recent ones sold for. They'll be safely tucked away in cupboards now so I doubt we'll see many again at that price.

Amy idea how many he sold in total?

You want to point those buyers to me? I'd sell mine for that without hesitation. I haven't seen one over $1200 out here.

On-topic:
What would a Planet Harriers stick fetch? And just for the hell of it, a complete wiring harness for Planet Harriers?

And a populated Tekken 6 Sega-style control panel w/card reader?

I was like.. that can't be right. Then I checked ebay.
Heck, even the 20F1U is being sold for over a grand now.
Jesus. It's a mad house.
I bought my 20F1 for like 250 bucks, and that was not too long ago too.
