The dock certainly. I'm less bothered by the price of additional joycons (the bundle of 2 seems fairly priced), unless it turns out they are prone to failure. The pro controller... Optional.

The one thing that sounds crapo so far is the online payed service although it could be cheap and work well.... It busts sounds crap so far

That combined with the software pricing and no bundle deals... Really hard to get excited about.

I have a sneaking suspicion it's deliberate - rather than a day one stampede keep sales slow and regular, build hype up over the year and keep the online service from getting overloaded.

My son made a good point about the nightmarish human World in Mario Odyssey. It'd be worth having just so Donkey Kong can climb the Empire State Building.

New Donk City? ...come on. I'd buy a Switch for that.
