I know that I'm missing the right identification for the chassis, but its hard to see it because the serial number is in a very bad position to see and I need a second guy to lift the monitor out of the cab.
But lets start with basic symptoms:
- CRT went on
- Green lines hushes over the image
- CRT shuts off (I guess some kind emergency shutdown)
- everything just goes on (Sound and I could hear the CPS2 board blasting air)
What do I know:
- its a Toshiba tube and Sanao chassis
- a fuse on the chassis burned out
I made some bad pictures:

I promise I will deliver better pictures as soon as I have removed the CRT from the cab.
So far I think some caps went very bad on the chassis, but this is only uneducated guess. Maybe someone can poke me in a right direction, what to do next. To be honest I'm really scared to fix the chassis all by myself, because I've respect for discharging the chassis and I might break something, when I try to change caps and everything is a more bad shape than before.

Re: NAC Monitor shuts off
Probably Nanao MS9 by the looks of it. Anyways, I know it's not what you want to hear but recapping the chassis would be a good thing to do in this case, as well as replacing the fuse obviously. Looks like it could use a clean as well, seems very dirty. Unless grantspain (our monitor guru) has another suggestion, I'd start with recapping your chassis.
