cab earphone adapters like franco B's

franco B has made some lovely adapters for plugging earphones into cabs and as he no longer sells them i would like to make a few of my own.does anyone know of a guide to make some. I'd like to make some for the summer when the doors need to be open in the games room to let in the breeze :awe:

I might've just gone and gotten myself a couple of these back in the day. :awe:

You're more than welcome to borrow this one for while to do some testing and get some ideas for making your own. I sort of added a couple of phono plugs to this one - just ignore those :shifty:
