You have it, Shou has it, someone else on Youtube has it. At some point, the general public will.

It is always the same. Always. The initial work is always done to profit from, eventually it all filters out.

Even one individual working in private and never releasing anything doesn't prevent this. Someone else will be doing the same thing and they will release.

Respect to you if you've developed the required emulation. But with all the will in the world, you have a limited opportunity to use it before everyone does.

I haven't seen anyone else in youtube having it, the KOF video is mine copied to some other guys channel.

I will eventually release the emulator, but not until Taito has disbanded Nesica and moved to the next system just like the MAME guys do. Lindbergh is now in MAME as it's old enough to be considered "abandonware".

I just think that when you have this into your hands, either you don't tell anybody or if you tell people you release it.
If you tell people and don't release it shortly after, prepare yourself for well-deserved trouble.

BTW, this is not a threat from me, I am not in an hurry for these, but not everybody is as cool as me on this subject.

What are you talking about shou? I emulate 2 different HARDWARE devices, that's a hack and not emu?

There is no way you can make this happen by just "hacking".

Yea I know you have the things but guess what.

I also have server, routers, client, dongles and latest build.
Yes, you're right about the hardware. I am referring to the software.

I'd be very interested to see your dongles.

Why? Also sounds pretty gay man.

There is picture of one dongle in AssemblerGames thread with serials censored. The software doesn't even need to be hacked if I add the nesica emulations that I was planning. Sadly I am busy with even newer system currently. :awe:

It will be sweet to be able to play an arcade version of Aquapazza from this once the time comes.

That's kind of a super amazing revelation - kudos to those of you who've put all the hard work into figuring it out.

A little strange, but as a n00b here I thought this would be a super-collaborative community, open to sharing. For pure fans. Not saying that it's required/expected to share findings, everyone has their reasons, but I'm sure the community would be super appreciative. Can't speak for all, but for the purists and fans, I can.

Regardless, congratulations! Can't wait to see a public release someday.

If possible,i'm going to bump this thread just a teensy bit

On the more than likely off chance that my arcade gets denied access to the NESiCA service,is there a way to emulate Groove Coaster data locally?

The owner and myself have GC2:Heavenly Festival in our possession and people have fallen in love with it,however I have to let people know several times throughout the day that without it being online and active,a lot of the features are unavailable and the amount of retention that the machine generates is almost zero.I would love to have something similar to what Programmed World offered for our customers.
Thanks for keeping arcades alive
