I was until I realised the asking price was in excess of what they cost to buy new direct from rs. The only used prices I can find are £50 and £60, but those are 2-3 years old.

Need a lot of patience to find one for that I bet, another downside to this hobby is sometimes(if not most of the time) you have to pay over the odds to get what you want if you don't want to wait :(

How much for a Daimakaimura board (conversion)?

This one went on eBay for £109.19

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Daimakaimura- ... 7675.l2557

And this one that doesn't say it's a conversion went for £124.76

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CAPCOM-Ghouls ... 7675.l2557

I have no idea on the value so some help would be appreciated :D

I think most people will agree it's truly worth the price of the board that was converted plus the EEPROMs.

+ the persons time.

I agree £100-ish is the norm, but £120 isn't bad.

£300 ish, but they are hard to find. A lot of boards advertised as original end up being conversions.

It's the same hardware, so what's the difference (ignoring legality)

Cool, so would a Capcom resale conversion of Daimakaimura, all original parts no dodgy EPROM's be valued at around £100 or would that be nearer the £300 mark?

It would be hard to identify, well to most. Richy13 is the best man on here to speak with.
