Strikers 1945 II
As much as I love Esprade, there is only so much flying-ESP-kiddies-action one can take... garra has to wait.
I'd never thought that I'd enjoy the psikyo-flavoured shmupping that much. I guess the PCB will stay in the cab for while.

1945II is amazing, is there much slowdown on the PCB? The battleship water stage on the SAT port crawls, so annoying.

Actually, I didn't notice much slowdown, if any... At least up till stage 1-6, that's as far as I've got up to now.
But don't take my word formit, I was so pumped playing this game, I didn't notice anything else, being completely absorbed by the game.

Psikyo has excellent hardware for their games. Especially 2nd generation stuff like Strikers 1945 2, Gunbird 2, Dragon Blaze etc.. There's no slowdown for sure. Rock solid 60fps all the way through.

Thanks! Most stuff looks excellent on my Blast. Original Nanao/Tosh MS-2931 autosync. But Cave SH3 stuff looks simply amazing on a Tosh PF. Comes out a bit blue-ish on the picture though but looks stunning in real.

Same! x3
The oldest STG I own and it's kicking me square in the nuts. I'm absolutely useless. I think I'm too used to slow bullets, small hitboxes and full auto. It's friggin great though. So much charm. It seems like the sort of game my Astro was made for and produces the sort of sounds you should hear in a games room.
Need to play more vintage Toaplan.
