I got the 360 one as soon as I got in from work. Was working when I went on at half 4 or 5 or whenever it was. A few things going on with getting folks in partys though. Went down just as I came back online at about 9. Must be doing work to sort server issues or something. Then again EA always seem to massively underestimate the server provision they need at launch and have **** grind to a halt :palm:

Liking the gameplay so far despite poor performance on my pc. Though infantry gameplay is a bit stale, I was under the impression that there was at least 1 vehicle in Operation Metro.
However the inclusion of Metro only was a poor decision, heard they had Caspian Border up for a while and then dropped it over claims of "internal testing only".
If anyone is up for a few games add me OriginID:CallsignEdge

Probably why they're beta testing it.

Looks to be an old build.
Supposedly this beta is only to test network performance.

yeah, it's a very old build. Seems to be behaving itself a little more but pretty buggy and it's not possibleto get in a squad with friends apart from by luck even if you're in a squad on the menu system when you go into a game.

It looks and plays like complete and utter **** so I hope it's a very, very old build. Releasing this open 'beta' so close to the actual release date won't have done them many favours, probably put a lot of people off.

MW3 is sure to be better than this. The graphics on the 360 are shockingly bad.

Gears 3 will take some beating IMO.

its a game with great ambition....... bottom line is it just isnt suited to the current power of consoles ......

for me these games HAVE to run at a decent , steady, high rame rate... I've always preferered the battlefield concept but MW gets the edge because its so responsive and playable....... Battlefield on consoles just feels sluggish all the time and it annoys the hell out of me after a while especially for CQB.......

makes me think about getting a decent PC again...... $$$$
