on my sega st-v board one games (i think) it not working..

Sounds like the cart went bad.

All may not be lost. Open up the cart and if you see socketed ROMs, it's possible you just need to reburn them.
Someone who has an STV may want to chime in here.

I know you're looking for outside help; I'm looking for help for you too.
I don't own any STV mobos or carts so I'm not sure about it. I hope someone else reading this thread can be of better help to you.
Though I'm thinking there should be screws somewhere on the back of the cart.

Clean the contacts on the cartridge. After a good clean, a cartridge like this can start working again.

It's the "reversed torx" kind of screws.
But I second davewellington on the contacts cleaning though, it often makes wonders ...
