Re: unreleased arcade games
Stacks of games for the atomiswave never made it into full production but rumours have it demo carts are out there. . . . some looked quite good too. These are not to be confused with some of the other random (mostly gambling orientated) games that actually have been released on the system within recent years in certain regions.

Battle Bird by Irem looked amazing
DevilRedeemed from the NeoGeo forums sold a board set some years ago to a collector. Dude didn't know it was mega rare Well, I'm not sure, possibly he knew. All I know it's most likely lost forever now

But who's going to break the chain, dump it and render their purchase worthless?
I would happily drop a few grand on DDP Campaign Ver and wave it in your faces

Re: unreleased arcade games
I guess this one isn't new news but I've always wanted to play it. Have to admit though... It looked a bit bland even for back then.

Vic Viper racing game?! Looks great! It seems to me Wipeout inspired it as VV was scheduled for 96 launch and Wipeout was out in 95. F-Zero?

Re: unreleased arcade games
My brother and I used play Pat Riley College Basketball (as it was called in the West) for hours and hours and hours. I had a go of it on an emulator recently and it was amusing to see how badly it had dated. Don't know what we were thinking. Just the novelty of having a 2 player game I suppose.Dandy_Sephy wrote:My first though on seeing that was this:druid wrote: dunk star (neo geo)
Insert Credit gave Sushi Bar a very good review back in the day. An enterprisingly person should try do a clone of it for iOS they could probably make a few quid for themselves.
