Hadn't noticed the extra buttons, and the MAME job (reported) is at least a lazy xxxx-in-1 board that's left the monitor intact - can't see the JAMMA harness though.

The latter wasn't selling them with Romz. It's ebays policy it's not like anyone here has a say in it, so yes he could sell it here.
