Custom candy cab artwork?

I'm looking to get a custom Sega Blast City Marquee & Control Pane & CP Marquee made. Making a Tron theme for my Blast City.
Does anyone know:
1. Where I can find the template for these?
2. The measurements?
3. Where I can have these made?

I'm going to design the artwork, but I just want to make sure the measurements are correct, and where I can have them printed off. Thanks.
