Or even better, what's included?

Definition of "shell" can vary considerably ;)
Easier to tell what has to be added :awe:

- monitor
- control panel
- power supply
- speaker chassis (the speaker boxes are there)
- coin mech
- back hatch is a repro
- marquee holder
- Jamma loom is present but might need work to connect to psu, monitor, speakers, coin mech / coin counter, depending on which components are chosen

IMVHO that lot is worth around £80gbp.

If I was considering the purchase, the one part that would concern me is:

Do yo mean that the speaker surround which is usually SEGA yellow is missing?

If so, that part is like rocking horse **** and you might as well part the rest out for what you can get.

I'd also ask if the loom was the original SEGA loom.

Just my £0.02

HTH

Cheers,

Ralph.

No no no, the yellowing speaker surround is there and also the black boxes - only the speaker chassis... drivers.. or what they are called aren't there. Original Sega loom, yes. 80 GBP? I paid 200 or so due to the supply and demand situation (no other was available) :palm:

Well, general idea was - worth 500 to 600 with monitor, monitor = 200 to 300 so shell at 200 seemed fair :eh:

The guesstimate I posted was based heavily on the UK market where Astro cabs are very common but we're all in the position where the cabs are worth more parted out than as a whole.

For the original Astro loom and the intact speaker surround, I'll go to £120.

Good luck d00d,

Ralph.

Hey guys,

I'm selling a Chimp PCB board for dual TE stick modding for £27. It's brand new sealed with manual etc, but according to a guy who PM'd me, it's only worth £15 shipped in the EU - is this a realistic price for it? I don't know because it was a part of the prize I won.
If it's really only worth that much I might keep it, but I was just wondering if someone knew any different?

Thanks

£15 shipped for a Ch1mp is a joke, I just sold a TE pcb for that.

They are £39.50 on Gremlin + VAT + Delivery, that's at least £50 delivered in the UK.

If someone can find a source for £15 each I'll take 4!

Yeah, Gremlin is what I looked at too, but according to the chappie Lizardlick has them for $36 and Gremlin's prices are insane. :?
(Lizardlick do have em for $36, on checking.)

I really need some advice on this man, I'm getting fed up not understanding about these damn things. If anyone has any tech experience with these, please give me a hand here:

Even so thats £22.50 before international shipping and possibly customs fees. How does that equate to £15 shipped? :palm:
