You do realise it says it was tool assisted? Its a bit like saying you hope they'll fix the air Hodukens in SF2 rainbow edition.

Maybe the video was tool assisted, but Kens Ultra is broken.... as are many of the other Ultras. They need to improve these.

Interesting vid.

But I can't really see that situation ever coming up in a match. If you could strategically squeeze out a fireball while being hit, avoiding fireball recovery time, on one end of the screen, then immediately chase down the fireball to the other end, while the opponent plays along, then score a full hit ultra, then good luck to you.

Crazy bugs like these that are almost humanly impossible to achieve give SF games character.

reminds me of all the CvS2 videos which are done with custom styles and hav full power bars along with the other person playing along. Sure its impressive and looks nice but does any of it actually make you a better fighter?

Thanks for these regular updates CPS2.

I just watched the Seth interview linked to from your vid: http://uk.gamespot.com/xbox360/action/s ... -tots-demo

At one point he starts saying that 'super' is a fan-service game and they've been listening to the fans and giving them what they want ...Which so far turns out to be: Bonus stages, 2vs2 & 4vs4 modes, more ultra and Deejay & T hawk... Is this really "what the fans wanted"??? ...I was hoping for some game engine modifications.

Although the winner stays on lobbies online (like HD-remix) sound good.

You mean the big stupid grin on his face while he's being thrashed by Juri's ultra? Lol!

So so far we've seen the missing two ssf2 chars, plus one newbie. I'm expecting another 3 newbies and perhaps a new boss, I'll be surprised if anyone sf3 specific appears. Capcom thinks that only the hardcore fans know sf3 even existed and they're focused on selling to the masses.

Nah that's cool. I always liked the Cody redesign in alpha 3. Nice that he gets more exposure. Guy's obviously going to be popular - out of most of Alpha's additional characters, I always felt these two slotted into the game the most comfortably. Fun to use, but definately not a clone of anyone elses fighting style.

...In other words, nice characters that I never use (but always planned to one day).

Safe options? Well we know what to expect by now.

I loved the sense of humour of Alpha 3, Cody (and his stage) was a big part of that... I hope there are some more playful animations in this game.
