To be fair or looks pretty solid and faithful to the originals. Not personally keen on the cut scenes that keep interrupting the gameplay with these modern 2.5d fighters.

If you're judging a game you haven't played and have barely seen then I really don't care what your opinion is on it. I like old games, I have candy cabs, I have PCBs, we play them, nobody here has any purity advantage over me. But I'm a fighting game fan, and I'm open to new things while still appreciating old ones.

Being a salty grump about new things isn't interesting to me.

Well, my point was that some people have different tastes, and as this title shows similarities to games that didn't interest everyone it's OK if some of us aren't excited about it.
Emulation's nice when done well
