Mines en route. PS3 version is 30fps by default or something.

... heard nothing about this for ages, presume it doesn't bode well... did they embargo this game - there's no reviews? ... bit of an odd move for a game that could probably use all the publicity it could get...

I've got it. It's pretty good. Im not really a guilty gear fan but i have played a couple of the ps2 ones. The engine is really impressive. I find it hard to differentiate when it transitions from animation to cell shaded polygons. It is pretty close.

The Graphics and feel are amazing. only thing is that there are alot of characters missing. It very much feels like a first iteration of a new step. Like street fighter alpha, street fighter 4 or king of fighters Xii

The next one in the series will be much better. but in the mean time its a whole load of fun. Ive already ordered an arcade stick for my ps4.

I tried playing it with a pad but couldn't cope, so I've got a stick due today. So far it seems ok, same as most other guilty gear games. I'll give it a proper go over the weekend with the arcade stick.

Yep, Hori Real Arcade Pro v4. Might only be a short term solution, but it's better than nothing.

I'm impatiently waiting for my stick to arrive before getting stuck in but from what I've sampled with the pad, this is superb.

The game is great, the mechanics aren't too far off previous games, so fans will be in their element. I'm just trying to get used to the new bosses moves :problem:

IMO don't bother with the PS3 version. Framerate is crap.

Picked up a PS4 n a copy of GG Xrd today. Been messing around with it for a few minutes now and its a stunning game visual! PS4 pad isnt well suited for fighters but the gameplay has been really fun so far. My PSN is same as user name here, if ne fancies a fight or two...once PSN comes back online that is ;)
