It's a IV update. They could have gone 2D, or at least a different art style ...Or at the very least remodelled.
Say what you like about 4, but at least Street Fighter 1, 2, Zero, 3 and 4 all look different enough to warrant a new number.

Screenshots are googleable by the way. Or just look at SFIV.
Presumably they're calling it a sequel because they'll get rid of Ultras.

To be honest I quite like the graffitied vs screen (if that is a vs screen). Though they look like reused SFIV portraits.

Yeah Ryu looks slightly less monkey. Though they've only tweaked the models slightly and added nicer shaders. A complete remodel where Ryu doesn't look like he's overdosed on marshmallows would have been nice. I wonder if they're brave enough to axe characters or if they're going to continue piling more on to SFIV.

It's early in its development, it's not even been officially announced yet. I predict 3 things,
