Don Paccin

I'm on the final boss. Not playing with any instructions, just figuring it out as I go. It's really quite good, even though I've had an occasion where I flooded the screen with so much crap it tripped the phones watchdog and rebooted...

I got this far without registering and I'm not going to start now. Xbone Uplay servers are **** too. Played it yesterday and the game was constantly trying to save, sometimes interrupting gameplay with a great big popup too :problem:

i always thought it wasnt so much the hardware sales that killed the DC but the fact that everyone just ran the CDR copies and never bought any games. I can imagine the wii-u performing better than dc looking at software sales/attach rate/whatever (havent googled for numbers though)

Finished Dark Souls 2 today, 48 hours, all but two bosses killed. Mopping up the last of the things I missed before I go to new game +.

Today I dug out my copy of Wangan for the PS3.

I hardly played it at the time - I think because I was addicted to motorstorm.

Recently I've been getting back into Initial D and wanted to play Wangan again.

This is how it is for me;

Anime / films - prefer Initial D
Games - prefer Wangan

I prefer to play the Wangan games I think, although if I had an Initial D cab I would be saying the opposite I think - I remeber playing the Initial D cabs in Trocedero and Goodge Street a lot.

It was definitely sales... Piracy was insane on the PS1 and look where that got them! Several factors ganged up to kill the DC. One main fact was the idiotic debacle with EA... Unfortunately.. EA can make or break a console. Second being the chain of events that was set before the Dreamcast was even a glint in SEGA's eye. You can go on and on and on.. The DC is one of the epics in video game failures.
Loving robots since the 80's.

I would say it is enjoyable with the right mindset. The controls take a bit of time and forgiveness to get used to.

I've been meaning to get that for the Vita for a while, but I'm back on TxK for more punishment.
Back in the top ten for survival mode though.

Zelda Link Between Worlds. Started playing it at the weekend and can't put it down.

One of the best games I've played in years. Sheer genius game.
