For all of you that mention input lag, you are getting this completely wrong. This is not something to play with. This is something to hug. :awe:

At £144 shipped for the mini on its own, I’ll bite.

Got mine. Nice little box set. It’s beautifully built and the rotating screen is very cool. Playing a bit of EAR on the telly while GT7 installs. Feels fine. It was never going to be the ultimate emulation machine but it’s a fun toy.

I noticed the “filter” option is backwards, so if you want it off (which you do), set it to on.

Apparently it runs best with a 2.4a PSU.

I'd rather spend £144 on beer
Yeah because you don't have money for both

It's a cool little toy that plays quite well. The 4 way switch is a great idea. Screen quality is great, too. Looking forward to more game packs and/ or somebody hacking the system.

I have never in my life touched a proper arcade spinner, so I can't answer your question. The mini's spinner feels quite sturdy, though, but that is obviously a subjective evaluation.

Got mine last week, I love it. It's expensive for what it is and not for everyone, but I'm having a blast. The filter thing is annoying, and not being able to remap buttons is annoying, but small quibbles.

The power supply thing (and all of the related reports of lag and crashes) is a little hilarious since it does say in the manual to use a 5V 2.4A power supply. Guess nobody read the manual! :awe: Taito should've included a PSU at this price point though, but I can understand why they didn't (cost scale). Kind of on them to some extent, but I see both sides of it.

My only regret is not getting the version that came with the marquee art. :(
