Huh... It's been so long, I'm almost new again around here, so lemme introduce myself once more. :shifty:

Hi! My name is... Well, you can call me Raf. 8-)

The candy cab bug got here back in 2001, when for the first time I got myself into a Japanese game center - my first experience was with a NAC running 3rd Strike. :D

Bought and sold a few candies since then, but the Konami Windy, my first and favorite, was the only one I still regret selling. :(

Thanks to a couple of wonderful friends I was lucky enough to meet here, I've got myself another Windy - AND a Windy II! :awe:

...and, of course, still in my eternal quest for a Q25.

Anyways guys, missed you all. :whoopsie:

Believe-you-me. :hinthint:

How about Egret II or III? Or Atomiswave SD?
Another concern is the space, I am also thinking of the Capcom cute but it's hard to grab one as I know!

I was referring to your location. :)

I've never seen any other candy cabs in HK, just Blasts.

Hi all,
I'm a French arcade fan.
I'm more present in some French forums.
I used to follow threads and posts here but without posting for years.
Now I would like to go one step further and I hope that I'll be helpful.

Hi,

My name is Lucas and I'm looking to buy my first arcade cabinet. At this point I'm trying to find if someone knows of any vintage cabinet with a built-in option to rotate the monitor. Something similar to the Italian Magic Nevada cabinets. Should I post the question in the Cabinet Q&A area?

Thanks!
Lucas

Hi!

Another new member signing in! I'm a vintage game console and computer collector. Have quite a few systems collected over the years, a lot of import. Like to collect the mainstream, but also the odd and obscure. This would include demoscene, pirated stuff etc. When I learned it existed something called a "supergun" that could play arcade boards without the need for the whole cabinet, I knew I'd have to get one of those. Which brings me to this forum. Seems like a nice place to pick up useful information regarding arcade stuff.

Bazooka Joe here - sorry I'm late - all sorts of things to sort out.

21 years ago I bought an atari star wars cockpit -knackered it trying to move it into my bedroom - fixed it 10 years later and have been storing it in my mother's cellar UNTIL TODAY - the beauty now sits in my garage with only 10 matrix errors standing between bet me and the might of the empire :(
