Hi, I'm Trevor from the UK. I've been in to arcade games for longer than I care to remember (Konami Aliens, Double Dragon, Shinobi, Wardner, Search and Rescue to name a few).

Up until now I've pretty much stuck to MVS, CPS2, and Sega STV, but hoping to get into Sega Naomi.

Hi,

I'm based in Australia. Just bought a Vewlix F, and have been having a ball tinkering with it to get it into the shape that I'd like. Currently learning a great deal about how arcade machines work. I did own a 1970s tabletop space invaders some years ago, but sold it after a time. After buying a 'chewlix' variant earlier this year I decided to take the plunge and buy a real one so I could have a dedicated tate setup, mainly for shmups.

Glad to be here, and thanks to everyone who'd contributed so much helpful information in the past!

cheers

Hey! Awesome to find a form for people keeping candy cabs alive! I picked up a slightly battered blast city about a year ago and am slowly tuning it back up.

I recently picked up a crt (Makvision 27/29” svga monitor with a weiya tube) for the cab and am looking for some advice on how to mod my stock bezel to fit over the darn thing. I figure this is the best place to go for that sort of a question.

Anyway, howdy!

Hi, I'm Luke. I recently realised what a "supergun" is and I'm still shocked. Always thought it was some kind of a controller :P I bought a few arcade pcbs, some mvs games and I think I am leaving mame chapter behind. My dream is a Sega candy cab at my place.

Hello all, this is Brian.

For the mandatory introduction, let me say I recently made the addictive mistake of picking up a Naomi. (the search was for "Sega CD", not quite what I had in mind). I think a custom cabinet will be an interesting project.

The majority of my video game collection is RPGs and simulations, but Crazy Taxi was a favorite. Last arcade I ever saw for only a quarter.

Hello, I'm Austin

I very to arcade stuff in general. I really like fighting games and rhythm games so I go arcades every once and awhile to play. Anyway I've gotten to be pretty interested in candy cabs. I would like to own eventually but I want to make sure I get a good price and stuff.

Hi there, my name is Tony and live just outside London. I have a Neo Geo MVS Machine (custom cab) and been collecting carts for about 6 months now. I’ve now got the bug and considering my next cab but want something original. Here to listen to what’s good and learn. Cheers
