 No, I'll vouch for fakeXsound. He's come to a shmeet I hosted a while back, even recognized by name some of my crazy japanese vinyl figures (such as the ones in my avatar). :awe:
 Thanks, Chem. No, I'm full human. I love my Cave shmups as much as the next guy, as well as basically anything on DC and Saturn. For arcade shmups, I've only gotten into Blazing Star and ESP Ra.De. I'm also into 2D fighters - 3rd Strike being my favorite. I've got a JNX supergun with custom USB inputs, since I'm partial to HRAPs over Neo sticks.

SoCal lurker checking in. I've been mostly reading up until now, but I'm hoping to get some advice on my Astro City, so time to stop being invisible and participate! :D

Right now I'm wondering if anyone has successfully removed the marquee/speaker panel on an Astro City (the plexi with the actual Astro City logo that gets lit up to be clear). It's held in with a couple bolts of course, but it appears to be glue in too possibly? I don't want to force it. Maybe I need to try heating it up.

I'll start a new thread later if I'm approved.

Hi!

Im Robert, been after my own cabinet for a long time and fate would have it that one showed up at my local car boot for the right price!

Been having a couple of issues with it however and figured it would be best to sought out the experts and better allow myself to expand a collection!

Hello everybody,

let me introduce myself.
I come from Germany and live in Willstätt close to Straßburg.
I am 44 years old and i have been playing since I'm 8 years old.
The current consoles I play of course.
In 1996, I bought the first Arcade Cab, a SEGA Cocktail Table.
At the moment I have a self-built Hires Cab, a Atomiswave SD, a New Net City and a No Fear Pinball and some Arcade Systems like Naomi Motherboard and more.

Hi there, I go by CloudyMusic in most places but I'm Keres on ShmupsForum.

I've been active in the arcade shmups community for a few years now, but never made an account over here until now for some reason. I don't currently own any arcade hardware, but would certainly be interested in acquiring a cab if a good (affordable) opportunity ever crosses my path. Who knows when that'll happen, though.

Hello, my name is Jeremy. I'm from Indianapolis, IN USA. I have a small collection of games right now, but they keep me busy (playing and tinkering). I've been spending most of my time over on KLOV and BYOAC. I'm interested to see some new perspectives or ideas this forum has to offer!

Hi, Gonzo from France.

I'm new in the arcade world, and I also got my Blast City this week :)

For the time being I'm discovering my cabinet after years of dreaming one of those would be mine one day ... now I can share fond memories with my kids, and I'm surprised how they appreciate arcade considering the 3D, HD digital world they live in now ...

Derp?!

Hey everyone I'm new.

I trolled around here for a while looking for info on various gaming nerdism but only decided to register today.

Once I answered the registration verification question, I knew I was in the right place!!! "Name a manufacture in the original Sega Rally Championship"

I've recently got into the arcade hobby about a year ago with building up a Mame cab but things quickly spun off.

With that said, the Japanese authored titles always seemed to get my attention with their detail and depth and the 90's games seem to be the golden era to me.

I come bringing gifts, please check out my basement tour video!

Hi everybody,
I introduce myself, bhaji quan , France, to be frank, I did not know this forum, I just heard on the site neo - arcadia , on my topic of sale. The good thing is that I am not here to sell my games because I am first and foremost a player, notament fighting games, I hang on fightcade , and I am a fan of shmups .

I hope not to offend anyone whatsoever, actually my primary motivation for my registration was for sale , but make new arcade fan of knowledge is also .

Thank you for understanding.
