Re: Introduce yourself here!
Hey everybody, recently bought myself a Sega Naomi sit down cab, I used to play alot of arcade games back in the 90's and was more a console gamer until recently (PS3) Call of duty. Decided to buy my cab instead of a PS4, so far I've fitted the kick adapter, JVS pac & a pc to run mame & I have started restoring the paintwork, hopefully i'll find some more parts I want for sale here

Hi, I'm Andy from the North West UK, I've been lurking on and off here and some of the other arcade forums for a couple of years now. I'm a hardware/software engineer for a telecoms company so arcade PCBs are a bit of a "busman's holiday" for me, but I like to keep my hand in to what got me started in this career. It also makes a pleasant change to be working on something I want to do in my free time, rather than being pestered to fix PCs or other electronic gear for family members.
I have a (very) small collection of PCBs, and an MVS with a multicart, all based around games that were my favourites in the arcades I visited on our annual family holidays.. I don't have room for a cab, unfortunately, so I have a supergun instead (based on a Smallcab Deluxe) that I've modified to fit my needs.

Hi, I'm RoadBuster from the Midwest United States. I've been messing around with arcades for about 10 years and finally got my hands on a Blast City recently. I'm looking forward to communicating with all of you!

So, it's been a while...
Hello, perhaps a few people will remember me? Perhaps not...
Anyway, it's been a long time since I last posted up anything here in AO and for good reasons too. Since last being here I have completed my degree, worked my butt off for an audio company in Glasgow and a few months started a production job for STV.
These days I tend to just watch my kids playing games (arcade ports on various consoles), and I no longer own a single arcade cabinet. I sold them all to fund my degree tbh.
I'm more into mountain biking, but still hanker after even just one cab at some point in the future, just to have something to tinker with and play real arcade.
Anyway, enough of my chatter. I'm off to work. Perhaps a few folk I used to chat to on here still use the board...if so, feel free to say hello!

Re: Introduce yourself here!
Hello! My name is Steve, I've been an arcade collector/enthusiast for 5 or so years now. I live in the US in Kentucky, and I have a little bit of everything, from early 80s games and equipment to the last great games to grace the arcades. It was always my dream as a child to own my own arcade, and I think it's safe to say that I'm well on my way!!!

Re: Introduce yourself here!
Hey guys, new user here. I'm mainly into pinball machines, slot machines and old pop machines, but I've always wanted a sit down arcade racing game to add to my home games room. Anyways I made a deal with a buddy and acquired a 2 player racing game, Battle Gear 3. Only one issue with the game, the hard drive is toast on the one side Therefore bringing me here via a few google searches about my namco system 246, hoping to post in the forums and figure out how to fix it
