i just tated my monitor in my cab like usual...didnt bump it or anything....popped it back in and do everything up
but when i start up the cab all i get is a blue line running vertical up the screen(what would be horizontal in yoko)
please tell me i did not just neck the tube...
ive looked it over and checked connections and i dont see anything wrong with it
only thing i can see is the neckboard seems a bit loose....but i also havent touched it before so i dont know if it was like that before.....im pretty sure the guy i bought it off swapped the chassis with another monitor.....
any ideas would be most appreciated
oh ya....its a stock nanao monitor in a new astro city
and no grant this is not my new monitor....this is a different one
whats up with my monitor

Re: whats up with my monitor
you have lost vertical deflection
most likely your vertical yoke plug is off, next bad solder joint
follow the 2 sets wire from the yoke, one is red and blue and the other is white and yellow

Re: whats up with my monitor
yes a common mistake,if you had done that on certain chassis then you would blown the living **** outta the deflection and psu circuit i.e wg u5000
you got away with it this time
